Method:
Salad is now-a-days a common item and considered compulsory at a dinner or at a lunch. It is a tasteful and a health-giving food. Its main ingredients include cucumber, tomato, onion, and carrot. To increases its taste, some other things like lettuce, radish, capsicum, and green chili are taken. At first all these things are washed well in water. Then they are copped thinly into ring shaped pieces. Now they are placed on a plate. Next a little ordinary sea salt is added. Finally, a few drops of lemon juice are mixed with the pieces. Now the salad is ready for serve.

Ingredients:
Condense milk – 200gm
Desiccated coconut – 500gm
Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
Sugar –100gm
Cashew nuts – 30gm
Method:
Coconut burfi is a delicious sweet desert dish. You can make easily in home in all the season when you like. To make coconut burfi at first keep a few pistachios and cashew nuts aside for garnishing. Take a large bowl. Mix the condensed milk and the desiccated coconut in this bowl. Heat the bowl and add the sugar and cardamom powder and stir continuously on a low flame for about 10 minutes. When all ingredients are mixed well the bowl remove from flame. Next add the chopped cashew nuts and set aside till the mixture has cooled down enough to handle with your hands. Shape into small round balls by using hand. Roll each ball in a little desiccated coconut. Garnish each with a slit of pistachio and coconut. Alternately, you can spread the mixture into a slightly greased plate. The plate is greased with butter. Then use a knife to cut into squares or diamonds if you want to make Burfis. Serve the dish among your guests and children.

Ingredients:
Paneer – 200gm
Kasew nut – 100gm
Sunflower Oil – 500gm
Onion – 3 large
Tomato – 4
Garlic – 4 flakes
Ginger – 1
Milk – 1 cup
Garam masala powder – 5gm
Salt – to taste
Method:
At first take a pan and add some oil to fry paneer. When the paneer become golden brown remove pan and keep aside. Next add some oil in the frying pan and add kasew nuts. When it becomes golden brown keep it aside. Take onion and cut into sliced piece. Deep fry onions until it are brown. Then grind the onions into a paste. Next boil tomatoes, chopped garlic and ginger into water and when tomatoes are soft cool and make tomato puree. Heat the pan and add oil. Add fry onion paste, 1 teaspoon chili powder and mix well. Add tomato puree in it and cook till oil separate. Next add milk and stir continuously. Cook it for 5 minutes. Add garam masala powder and salt. Then add water to make thick gravy. Cook it for 15 minute. At last add paneer and kasew nuts and boil for 2 minutes. Serve in a bowl. Garnish with coriander leaf.

Ingredients:
Sugar -500 gm

Method:
This is a lovely delicious dish and easy to make. To make caramel at first in a saucepan, combine 100gm sugar and 1/4th cup water. Place the pan on low heat and stir until the sugar syrup turns golden brown color. Remove pan from heat and pour this hot caramel into a mold and make sure caramel is evenly spread at bottom and sides. Next take a bowl and beat 5 large eggs then add 400gm of sugar and vanilla extract with the mixture. Next add milk with the mixture and stirring continuously. Next pour this mixture into caramel coated mold. Cover the mold tightly with aluminum foil. Preheat the microwave into 4000 F and place the mold into it and cook for 5 minute. Take out and uncover mold. Allow to cool to room temperature and put it into refrigerator. Serve chilled.

Method
At first wash the fish and cut into thin and small pieces by a sharp knife. Rub the turmeric over the fish pieces with salt. Add salt and lemon in the cuts and leave the fish for 10 minutes. Take a bowl and all the ingredients like gram flour, green chili paste, ginger paste, chopped onion, red chili powder, coriander leaves, garlic paste, garam masala and salt are mixed to make a smooth batter. Coat the fish nicely with batter. Next coat the fish nicely with Bread crumbs. Take a deep frying pan and pour the mastered oil. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan .add fish to the oil in the pan and lower flame. Deep fry until golden brown. Garnish with cucumber and serve hot.

Method
Egg roll is a delicious dish. It is prepared in the following way. At first take 200 gm flour. Then salt and vegetable oil are added to the flour. Water is poured in the mixture and pressed for some time when the dough is formed, it is made into large balls the balls are flattened on a smooth wooden utensil and rolled out into thin round shapes called chapati with the help of the rolling pin. Heat pan and cook the chapati one by one. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Add salt and red chili powder. Then take flat pan and heat vegetable oil and add green chili and onions. Slowly pour the beaten egg. Spread evenly and let it set. Sprinkle cumin powder, garam masala and then place chapati over it. Roll the chapati along with the egg and turn upside down. Serve with cucumber ring onions and tomato sauce.

Almond Cookies is a crisp and delicious recipies and easy to make.
Ingredients:
Almonds - 30
Refined flour
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 2/4 cup
Salt - to taste
Eggs - 2 large
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
Method:
Preheat oven to 30 degree. Grease baking trays. Blanch almonds in two cups of hot water for ten minutes and peel them. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Sieve the mixture. Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl until light.Add one egg and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla essences. Add dry ingredients and knead lightly to make a dough. Beat the remaining egg lightly. Divide the dough into one and inch diameter balls. Arrange them two inches apart on prepared cookie sheets. Flatten each slightly with the palm of the hand and brush lightly with the beaten egg. Gently press an almond in the center of each cookie. Bake in the preheated oven for ten to twelve minutes until golden brown.

Rice - 250gm
Chicken – 500gm
Yogurt – 300gm
Ginger paste – 10gm
Garlic paste – 25gm
Onion – 3-4
Ghee – 100gm

Cumin seed – 1spoon
Cloves – 3-4
Cinnamon – 3-4
Cardamom - 3-4
Bay leaves – 2-4
Tomatoes – 3
Chili powder – 2tablespoon
Method
To prepare chicken pulao at first marinate chicken in yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste and salt for an hour. Next take a thick pan and heat ghee in it. Add one teaspoon cumin seeds in ghee. Stir-fry for ten seconds. Add cloves, cinnamon sticks, green cardamoms and bay leaves. Stir-fry again for about ten seconds. Add sliced onions and fry till golden brown. Next add some chopped tomatoes and cook on high heat for three minutes, stirring continuously. Add red chili powder and stir. Add chicken along with the marinade and fry till the chicken is half cooked. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil. Stir in rice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook till the water level reaches the rice level. Cover the rice with a lid and cook on low heat for twenty minutes or till rice and chicken are fully cooked. Remove the lid and stir lightly so as to separate the rice. Garnish with sliced ring tomato and colored chilies. Serve with raita and cucumber.
