Mango chutney

Ingredients
Raw mango chutney - 2 small
Red chilies - 10
Cumin seeds - 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Seasoning - mustard seeds, pinch of asafoetida, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds, few red chili pieces and curry leaves

Method
At first peel the mango,and wash and cut into small pieces.Then fry red chilies in little oil add cumin seeds and keep it aside. Grind red chilies, cumin seeds smoothly, then add mango pieces, salt. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, red chilies, pinch of asafoetida, and curry leaves. After mustard seeds starts to splutter, add this to the grounded mango chutney.
